TWYA is a Portuguese premium streetwear brand built on a philosophy: clothing can communicate genuine values. Each collection explores a theme — empathy, presence, identity or gentle strength — through high-quality cotton garments produced in small quantities, with a focus on durability and conscious impact.

Where is TWYA made?

TWYA is a Portuguese brand with roots in Portugal. Garments are developed and produced with suppliers who share our values of quality and responsibility. We do not mass-produce — each collection is released in limited runs.

What does TWYA mean?

TWYA reflects the idea that what you wear says something about who you are. The brand is built around simple philosophical messages — empathy, presence, authenticity and strength — expressed through clothing with genuine meaning.

Is TWYA a sustainable brand?

Yes. TWYA follows slow fashion principles: small production runs, premium materials and a commitment to minimising waste.

Products and quality

What is the quality of TWYA materials?

TWYA t-shirts are made from 100% cotton, with quality above the market average. Our hoodies use a premium blend. The result is a different feel and garments designed to retain their shape after repeated washing.

Are TWYA products unisex?

Yes. The TWYA catalogue is designed with a comfortable unisex fit for different body types, without gender restrictions. Most garments are available in sizes S to 3XL.

How does the size guide work?

Each product page includes a size chart in centimetres with length, shoulder, chest and sleeve measurements. We recommend measuring your favourite t-shirt and comparing it with our chart.

What is the difference between statement t-shirts and essentials?

Statement t-shirts (Empathy, Presence, Core Identity, Le Collier, Gentle Power) feature graphics and philosophical messages, priced at €29.90. Essential t-shirts are wardrobe staples priced between €15.90 and €24.90, designed to pair with anything.

Orders and shipping

Where does TWYA ship?

TWYA ships throughout Europe and to the United States. Shipping is free on orders over €90. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track delivery in real time.

Exchanges and returns

What is TWYA's returns policy?

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. Items must be in perfect condition, unused and with their original tags. To request a return, contact support@twyapt.com.

How can I exchange an item for another size?

Email support@twyapt.com with your order number and the size required. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
