Where is TWYA produced?
TWYA is a Portuguese brand with roots in Portugal. The pieces are developed and produced with suppliers who share our values of quality and responsibility. We do not mass-produce — each collection is released in limited series.
What does TWYA mean?
TWYA represents the idea that what you wear says something about who you are. The brand is built around simple philosophical messages — about empathy, presence, authenticity and strength — translated into clothing with real meaning.

Products and quality
What is the quality of TWYA materials?
TWYA t-shirts are made from 100% cotton, above the market average. The hoodies use a premium blend. The result is a garment with a different feel that retains its shape after repeated washing.
Do TWYA products have a unisex fit?
Yes. The entire TWYA catalogue is designed with a comfortable unisex fit — intended to fit all bodies well, without gender limitations. Sizes range from S to 3XL for most pieces.
How does the size guide work?
Each product page includes a size chart in centimetres with measurements for length, shoulder, chest and sleeve. We recommend measuring your favourite t-shirt and comparing it with our chart for the best result.
What is the difference between the message t-shirts and the essential t-shirts?
The message t-shirts (Empathy, Presence, Core Identity, Le Collier, Gentle Power) are statement pieces — featuring graphics and text with philosophical meaning at €29.90. The essential t-shirts are wardrobe basics priced at €15.90–€24.90, designed to go with everything.
Orders and shipping
Where does TWYA ship?
TWYA ships throughout Europe and to the United States. Shipping is free on orders over €90. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on location.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery takes between 3 and 10 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Exchanges and returns
What is TWYA's return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any item. Items must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use, with the original tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at support@twyapt.com.
How can I exchange an item for another size?
Contact us by email at support@twyapt.com with your order number and the desired size. We will process the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability.
